Terms of service

Everything Unique Creations is the main online store operated by Everything Unique Creations (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of South Africa. The store includes four divisions: EU Creations, EU PrintLab, EU Outfitters and EU Serenity. These divisions are trading names under Everything Unique Creations (Pty) Ltd. When you place an order with any division of Everything Unique Creations, you are entering into a contract with Everything Unique Creations (Pty) Ltd.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or placing an order with any division of Everything Unique Creations, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our websites or services. These terms comply with the Electronic Communications and Transactions (ECT) Act 25 of 2002 and the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA).

2. Our Products & Services

Everything Unique Creations provides the following products and services across its divisions:

  • Personalised gifts, keepsakes, laser cutting & engraving, sublimation, and custom stationery (EU Creations)
  • DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfer printing (EU PrintLab)
  • UV DTF sticker and decal printing (EU PrintLab)
  • Custom branded apparel, corporate wear, workwear and decoration - screen print, embroidery, heat transfer, DTF application (EU Outfitters)
  • Branded and promotional merchandise (EU Outfitters)
  • Luxury candles, home fragrance, gift boxes and wellness products (EU Serenity)
  • Standard (non-personalised) gift and lifestyle products

Custom, personalised, printed, decorated and handmade items are produced to order. We do not hold stock of custom-made items. Standard, non-personalised products may be held in stock.

3. Orders & Acceptance

An order placed on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us via email. We reserve the right to cancel an order if: payment is not received or is reversed; the submitted artwork, logo or personalisation details do not meet our requirements; the content is copyrighted, offensive or unlawful; the requested product is unavailable from our suppliers; or an error occurred in product pricing or description on our website.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at checkout. We accept EFT, credit/debit card, and such other methods as displayed at checkout. Orders proceed to production only once full payment has been received and cleared. For bulk and corporate orders, a deposit may be required before production commences.

5. Production & Turnaround Times

Standard production turnaround times are stated on our product pages and are calculated in business days, excluding weekends and South African public holidays. Turnaround times commence once full payment has been cleared and any required artwork or personalisation details have been confirmed - not from the date of order placement.

Everything Unique Creations is not liable for production delays caused by incomplete, incorrect, or late artwork or information submitted by the customer.

6. Custom & Personalised Orders

By submitting your artwork, logo, personalisation details or design and placing an order, you confirm that: you own or have the legal right to use all artwork, logos, designs and text submitted; the content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights; the content is lawful and not offensive, defamatory or obscene; and all personalisation details (names, dates, messages), sizes, colours, styles and placements have been reviewed and approved by you before production.

7. Accuracy of Product Representation

We make every effort to display product colours, finishes and materials accurately. However, actual colours and finishes may vary slightly depending on your device's screen settings, the nature of the production process (screen-to-print and screen-to-fabric conversion), and the natural characteristics of handmade and natural materials (e.g. wood grain, laser depth, wax finish, fragrance variation). These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Everything Unique Creations (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Everything Unique Creations (Pty) Ltd and its divisions against any claims, damages, costs, or legal proceedings arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of the rights of any third party.

10. Product Safety - Candles & Home Fragrance (EU Serenity)

EU Serenity candles and home-fragrance products are intended for decorative and ambient use only and must be used responsibly. For your safety: never leave a burning candle unattended; keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials; always burn on a heat-resistant surface; trim the wick to approximately 5mm before each use; do not burn for longer than 4 hours at a time; and discontinue use once approximately 10mm of wax remains. Everything Unique Creations accepts no liability for damage or injury resulting from improper use of candles or fragrance products.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
