DTF means Direct to Film. We print your design in full colour with white ink behind it, onto a clear film with glue on the back. You heat press it onto the garment, peel the film off, and only your design stays. No box, no background.
These settings are a starting guide. Every heat press and fabric is a bit different, so press a test piece first.
Stop before you do the next one, check these, and send us photos if it is still wrong.

UV DTF is printed with ink that is hardened by UV light, then sealed between a backing sheet and a clear film. You peel, stick, rub and peel the film off. Only your design stays, slightly raised and glossy, and it looks printed straight onto the item.
Stop before you do the next one, check these, and send us photos if it is still wrong.

We print full-colour labels in-house on an Epson ColorWorks C4000e. The right label depends on what it sticks to and what it has to survive. The labels on our site are the ones we have in stock, with no minimum order.
Stop before you do the next one, check these, and send us photos if it is still wrong.

Sublimation uses heat to turn ink into a gas that sinks into polyester or a specially coated blank. Nothing sits on top, so there is nothing to feel, crack or peel. We print A4 and A3 sublimation transfers for you to press.
Press time and temperature depend on the blank. Follow the instructions that come with your mugs or shirts.
Stop before you do the next one, check these, and send us photos if it is still wrong.

Orders, delivery, timing and the questions we get every week.
Sign in to your account with the email you ordered with, or use the order-status link in your confirmation email. Older order missing? Send us your order number and email.
DTF and UV DTF: usually 2 to 5 working days after you approve your artwork, or the next working day with Rush (R150 per order). Sublimation prints: 3 to 5 working days. Courier time is on top of that, so tell us before you order if you have a deadline.
Both. Collect from our studio in Kempton Park, or we deliver nationwide by PUDO or courier. Delivery options and prices show at checkout. Please wait for your ready-to-collect message before you travel.
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the change. Once something is printed, it is printed, so the sooner the better.
Send us your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging. We will check it and come back to you. See our refund policy for the terms.
Check the file type and the 5 MB limit. Too big? Paste a Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer link instead, set to Anyone with the link.
Some items are seasonal or renamed. Send us the old link, a photo or your previous order number and we will find it or suggest the closest match.
We help with our prints: choosing, preparing artwork and applying them. For problems with your own printer, your printer’s supplier is the best place to start.
Send us what you are printing on, a photo, and your order number if you have one. We reply in plain English.
