How to Apply & Care for Your Labels

To ensure the best performance and longevity of your personalised labels, please follow the guidelines below.

Application Instructions

• Apply labels to clean, dry, smooth surfaces only.

• Press down firmly, applying even pressure across the entire label.

• Allow labels to set properly before use.

Suitable Surfaces

• Books and stationery

• Lunch boxes and water bottles

• Smooth plastic, metal, and hard surfaces

• Clothing when using iron-on labels only

Care Guidelines

• Hand washing is recommended to extend label life.

• Avoid harsh scrubbing directly over labels.

• Do not place labelled items in very high heat immediately after application.

Iron-On Labels

• Iron-on labels must be applied exactly according to the instructions provided with your order.

• Ensure correct heat and pressure for best adhesion.

• Once applied correctly, iron-on labels are suitable for regular school washing.

Helpful Tip

For best results, apply labels at least 24 hours before first use or washing.

Production & Delivery Information

Each label pack is made to order using the personalisation details provided at checkout.

Production Time

• Standard production time: ±10 working days

• Production begins after order confirmation and receipt of all personalisation details.

• During peak periods (such as Back-to-School or public holidays), production times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Method

• Orders are shipped via PUDO Locker-to-Locker delivery.

• Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

• Delivery timeframes are in addition to production time.

• Please ensure all personalisation details are correct before checkout, as production starts once your order is confirmed.

• Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete order information may affect turnaround time.

Yes.
Our stick-on labels are water-resistant and dishwasher-safe when applied to clean, dry, smooth surfaces. For best results, please follow the application instructions provided.

❓ Will the labels stay on clothes?

Yes — when used correctly.
Iron-on labels are specifically designed for school uniforms and everyday washing. Follow the heat and care instructions included with your order to ensure proper adhesion.

❓ Can I choose my own theme?

Absolutely.
You can choose from 25 fun, child-friendly themes when ordering. Each label pack includes the same quantities, regardless of the theme selected.

❓ What details can I personalise?

You can personalise your labels with:

• Your child’s name

• An optional contact number (where space allows)

❓ What happens if I make a spelling mistake?

Personalised items are printed exactly as entered at checkout.
Please double-check all spelling and details before completing your order. We are unable to reprint or refund labels due to spelling errors.

❓ Are these labels suitable for all school items?

Yes.
Our label packs are designed to cover most everyday school needs, including:

❓ How long do the labels last?

With normal school use and correct application, labels typically last the full school year and longer.

❓ Can I order more labels later?

Yes.
We offer top-up packs for iron-on labels, shoe labels, and bag tags if you need extras later in the year.

❓ How long does it take to make my order?

Personalised orders are usually processed within 10 working days, excluding delivery.
