Delivery Policy

At Everything Unique Creations, we aim to deliver your order quickly and safely.

Local Collections (Gauteng only)

You’re welcome to collect your order from us at no extra cost:
Monday to Friday | 9am – 5pm

Nationwide Delivery (South Africa)

We use a third party courier service for reliable local shipping:

• Flat rate of only R109

Manufacturing timeframe: 3–5 working days after order processing.

Delivery timeframe: 7-10 working days after order processing.

International Shipping

We can ship internationally on special request!
Please email sales@eucreations.co.za for a shipping quote and estimated delivery time.

Refund & Return Policy

You have 5 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached

• Proof of purchase or receipt is required

To start a return, email us at sales@eucreations.co.za.
Returns must be sent to: 24 Fiskaal Street, Glen Marais, Kempton Park, 1619

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Please note: Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items:

• Perishables (food, flowers, plants)

• Custom or personalised products

• Beauty or personal care products

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

• Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original first. Once approved, you can place a new order.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once your return is inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, please contact us.
