🎨 Sublimation Printing Explained

❓ What is sublimation printing?

Sublimation is a printing method where heat is used to transfer ink directly into the surface of the tumbler. Instead of sitting on top like vinyl or stickers, the design becomes part of the material.

• No peeling or cracking
• Smooth, professional finish
• Long-lasting, vibrant colours

⚙️ How does sublimation work?

The design is first printed onto special transfer paper using sublimation ink. The tumbler is then heated in a press, allowing the ink to turn into gas and bond permanently with the coated surface.

For the best printing results, high-quality images are required.

• Low-resolution or web images (e.g. screenshots, WhatsApp images) may result in blurry or pixelated prints
• Images taken from the internet are often compressed and not suitable for high-quality printing

👉 Don’t worry—we will check your artwork before printing and advise you if there are any issues.

If needed, we can recreate or enhance your design for the best possible result.
Design work may incur an additional cost depending on the complexity.

🧼 Is the print permanent?

Yes, sublimation prints are long-lasting and do not peel or fade easily.

👉 For best results:

• Hand wash recommended
• Avoid harsh scrubbing
• Do not use abrasive cleaners
